Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your Chilly product for any reason, you have 45 days after your order has been delivered to request a refund for your order. Custom units, refurbished units, or models that are no longer sold in our store cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process following receipt of the returned unit in good condition.

NOTE: To help you save on return freight costs, we're happy to help you arrange the best rate through one of our shipping partners.

You'll need to put the Chilly unit back on pallet it came on, with packaging, and ship it by freight to our warehouse in Charlotte, NC.

Order Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee if canceled in the first 14 days after placing your order. We do not allow cancellation after 14 days of placing your order, as manufacturing and shipping has already started at this point. See the Return Policy above. 

By placing an order with us, you understand that we can not offer cancellations due to manufacturing delays, as there is always a risk of unforeseen delays from our parts suppliers. This is due to high demand for cold plunges in the current market, and is out of our control. 

Rather than try to hide this like some of our competitors (including a certain top brand that has customers waiting 6+ months after being promised 12 weeks), we try our best to be up front about this. Rest assured, we want our plunges delivered as soon as possible as well and do everything we can to make that happen.

Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process. Custom units cannot be cancelled after going into production.
