How does curbside delivery work?
After joining the Chilly Community with your email, FREE curbside delivery is included for all cold plunge and chiller purchases within the contiguous US.
This service includes curbside drop-off at on the ground level of your order shipping address.
It will be your responsibility to move the unit off the pallet and to your desired location, then dispose of the pallet.

Do you offering financing?
We currently offer up to 36-month financing through Affirm. Please see our FAQs for more information.
Will both sizes fit large and tall people?
Our founder is 6'6" and 215 lbs and though he can squeeze into the Standard size, he strongly recommends the Large size for more comfort.
After being disappointed with the other options on the market for larger people, it's part of what motivated him to launch Chilly.
That said, if you the maximize amount of space, you can't beat the Large Chilly Plunge, which can accommodate users up to 6'8" with ease.

First-of-its-kind integrated heating also means you're able to heat your tank to 104 °F, switching between hot and cold faster than any other product on the market.
WiFi Controls
Our Plug-N-Plunge™ Chiller can be paired to your smartphone and controlled from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, allowing you to power it off, adjust the temperature, or switch between heating and cooling modes at any time.
Indoor and Outdoor Use
With an exterior made from UV-resistant acrlyic (or cedar), you can rest easy knowing your Chilly Plunge is protected from the elements year-round.*
*We recommend bringing the chiller inside for freezing conditions, as it can damage the internal components if left outside to freeze.
Energy Efficient and Low Noise
Due to using the latest in chiller technology, our cold plunges are quieter than any other units on the market, with a noise rating of only 50dB while cooling.
